We saw some inspired costumes in school as we "Dressed as a Word" for World Book Day!

Author visit

We were delighted to welcome author and illustrator Robyn Wilson-Owen to school for an assembly with Years 1-4, where she read her book Hedge Lion. She encouraged lots of sound effects from the children during the reading and then led a "draw along" where the children were shown how to draw characters from the book.

Year 6 Bikeability

Year 6 are dodging the showers this week and getting out on their bikes for a week of cycle proficiency training designed to give the children the skills and confidence needed to ride safely on the roads.
