Welcome

A warm welcome to Hillmead Primary School and Nursery

It is an immense privilege to be the Headteacher of this wonderful school, and I feel incredibly proud to lead our Hillmead community. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to flourish and feel valued for who they are. My greatest desire is that every pupil leaves Hillmead with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.

At the heart of Hillmead is our vision: Inspire, Include, Empower. These words reflect what we believe in and what we want every child to experience during their time with us. We are committed to creating a school at the heart of an amazing community, where every child feels a genuine sense of belonging, where diversity is celebrated and where every individual is supported to achieve their very best.

We have high aspirations for every child and want them to grow into confident, compassionate and responsible young people who are ready to make a positive difference in the world. Above all, we want every child to feel happy, safe and proud to be part of Hillmead.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our school. Whether you are already part of our community or are considering joining us, I hope you will discover a school where every child matters, every individual is valued and every child is encouraged to thrive.

Together, we can help every child grow, thrive and achieve their very best.

Warmest wishes,

Mrs Michelle Collier
